Everyone was much more cordial and the staff seemed much happier possibly due to the fact that he wasn't so busy. Service is very fast much faster then some other Starbucks that I patronize. So late morning seems to be the ticket at this place

They have a decent product, over priced. We all know this. After that, what else do they have? They do not have good service at this location, inside. Drive thru has been good so far, efficient and cheery order takers. Today, was my 3rd time inside this location. The shades were up and the sun hitting the customers in the eye. I took it upon myself to adjust the shades. Staff members walked past me as I struggled to fix the blinds. Maybe I was invisible. Business is not only about product anymore, service needs to be top notch to keep the brand and business going. Luckily for Starbucks, I am a Dunkin' fan! S'bux...Over-hyped, overpriced, over it!

Record wait times. Longest lines ever - both inside and in the drive-thru. I have mostly just used the window service because the parking situation is a nightmare but most recently went inside with the intentions of getting some work done. Much to my surprise the line was ridiculously slow. There were only 2 people ahead of me and 4 people were behind the counter. From the time I got in line to the time I got my drink I had been in the store for 15 minutes. There was no seating space so I ended up leaving which is usually a given considering people love to camp out at coffee shops. I would suggest hiring more staff.

There are so many Starbucks that reviews seem redundant. As far as Starbucks go, this is is small one that caters more to the drivethru crowd. Since I have never done that it would not be fair for me to make comment on that. What I can day us that is is very popular place for people to do business. It felt like speed dating last time because of all the business lines up next to each other trying to sell the other side off the table. Funny thing is that everyone seemed okay with it. I guess it's a New York thing.

Great drinks great barista great order takers I love love love the Starbucks! The fact that it is a drive-through really is a bonus! This holiday season has been the best with all the new drinks available love Starbucks! I want to mention that I order drinks that I make up ~ this Starbucks always gets it right, when I order a grande frappe with espresso instead of roast they don't need to move up to the Vente size because they really understand how to make a drink! keep up the good work thank you!

I love coming here on my way to drop My daughter off to school. Kind and courteous and when they've gotten my order wrong I've gotten a free complimentary coffee . Definitely recommend this Starbucks .

They haven't screwed up my drinks per se, but they aren't made as consistently as other Starbucks' drinks are. They were open on Thanksgiving, so that was sad, and as expected, the people working the drive through were visibly mad about it.

This has got to be 1 of the craziest Starbucks drive thrus I have ever been in.. There were 2 accidents all in the time it took me to get in get my coffee and get out... The design of the drive thru system here totally sucks between the cars coming in the cars trying to park the cars leaving the drive thru total chaos.. So if you come here be careful when using the drive-thru....

I found this Starbucks to be unique in that it has a large patio seating area. The outdoor patio is located at the entrance of the store and the benches are lined with pillows. This location also has a drive thru which is very convenient. As I walked in wanting something refreshing I noticed they had my favorite Naked juice stocked. Score! The service was very friendly and the location right off I-95 is primo.
